Impermanence

Regardless of how hopeless it feels, how dark it seems,
how aching your circumstances are...you need to remember
that nothing is permanent.
Just like every night ends with a sunrise and every sunrise
ends with a sundown....what you are currently experiencing
whether good or bad, bright or dark, heavy or light....is momentary.
Enjoy, be present, don’t take for granted those little good things in
your life....they won’t last. Stand up to your no-so-great conditions
with the understanding that they too are temporary.
